First process: As conventional printing inks are used, a water based primer is applied out of the coating unit.
Anilox roller: 100 lines, 11 cm3/m2 hexagonal
Second process: Out of the last ink duct, a UV based effect primer is used partially (players and ball left blank). A UV gloss coating is applied full area out of the coating unit. Where primer and gloss coating meet, a slight structure effect is realized in accordance to the chosen drip off system’s formulation. Those areas without primer show high-gloss surfaces.
