Sea Dragon

The sea dragon belongs to the family of pipefishes and is related to the sea horse. Due to its very special appearance, this animal can easily hide between the various sea plants. Thus, it is able to hunt for plankton, small crabs and prawns. Moreover, it can adapt to the environment with regard to its color. The sea dragon lives at the Australian west and south coast; this animal is characterized by a weight of just a few grams and can become up to six years old.
