Embossing

For moving images. With this combination of TerraCross tactile coating, UV gloss coating and embossing effect you achieve a high-value finishing.

First process: Having printed with UV inks, the TerraCross Special Varnish G 2/89 TC Soft Touch is applied partially. As a UV curing water-based coating, TerraCross successfully combines two technologies with each other. Why? In order to link the strengths of water-based and UV-based coatings.

Anilox roller: Apex GTT Offset M

This is followed by the dancer’s and wooden floor’s inline spot coating with the TerraGloss UV Gloss Varnish G 8/372 F NVK.

Anilox roller: 17 cm³/m², tri-helical, 45°, 80 l/cm

Second process: For a special image character, we present the wooden floor structure as an inline embossing effect.

Breakdance

B-Boying – today better known as breakdance – is a type of dance and originates in New York (The Bronx). In the 1970s, this dance started to develop in the streets; and in perfection, it can be categorized as high-performance sports. B-Boying includes top rocking (dancing performed by a standing person), footworks (dancing on the floor), freezes (maintaining an especially impressive position) as well as so-called powermoves (rotating e.g. along the body axis).
