First process: Prior to printing, a pearlescent coating was applied partially (blowfish).
- Anilox roller: 70 lines, 14 cm3/m2 tri-helical
Second process: Printed with conventional inks, an oil based drip off primer was used partially out of the last ink duct. This step was followed by the application of a water based high gloss coating* out of the coating unit. The effect: A glossy blowfish, except from its speckles, on a matt background with an underlaid silver-white shimmer.
